Sospiri

Elgar’s Sospiri (“sighs”) was originally a companion piece to Salut d’amour until he realized he was writing something much more intense and emotional. Here transcribed for organ and harp (or organ solo by itself), this Adagio movement retains its lovely brooding quality.
